What to expect

First contact

A staff member will ask a few questions to understand what you're looking for and connect you with the right service.

Initial assessment

A 60–90 minute clinical assessment. We'll learn about you, your history, and what you're hoping to address.

Care plan

You and your clinician will develop a care plan together. Plans evolve as you do.

Insurance and cost

We accept Medicaid (KY/WV/OH), Medicare, TRICARE, and most major commercial insurance. Sliding-scale fees for self-pay.
